When the baby's teeth fall out
First parents expect the first teeth of the baby, and after a few years - their fallout and the appearance of new, already indigenous. This phenomenon is surrounded by a keen interest and a lot of questions. And the first thing you should know - the replacement of milk teeth by the root in children falls to the age of six to seven years.
The baby's teeth are formed during the development of the embryo in the womb. But after the appearance of the baby begins the formation of permanent teeth. The process itself takes several years and depends largely on the characteristics of the child's body.
Each adult person has 16 teeth on top and 16 from below, only 32. But only 20 children grow in children. The baby's teeth begin to fall out after the process of erupting of molars begins. And everything happens in a natural way, without any pain. The first to fall out can any teeth, but most often those are the lower ones.
The whole process of loss of old and the emergence of new teeth can stretch out over eight years. This process ends at about the age of 14, but everything is completely individual.
Most often the sequence of replacement of teeth occurs according to the same scenario, although exceptions are possible. Everything begins with molars - the sixth teeth. The most interesting thing is that molar molars do not exist. The baby has a jaw, and the sixth teeth just grow as above, and below. Then the baby's teeth fall out and the baby comes out. The scheme is simple: at first, the incisors begin to loosen and drop out, then premolars go. By the age of 10, the first pair of permolars has been replaced, and by the age of 12 years the second pair. At the age of 13, as a rule, we have to replace the canine teeth. 14 years - the second molars, and the last - the third molars ("wisdom"). In most cases, the teeth of "wisdom" grow up already in an adult or are not cut at all.
From the beginning of the eruption, parents watch to ensure that the child is properly caring for teeth. However, it is especially important to take care of the molars. First, the enamel of permanent teeth is very thin and weak, which contributes to the development of caries. Therefore, the paste must contain fluorine. It should immediately accustom the baby to rinse the mouth with water every time after eating, but snacks must be eradicated with sweets, because this is a direct road to sick teeth.
When the baby's teeth fall out and the baby starts to erupt, the baby can feel pain in the gums or itching. It is necessary to consult a doctor. There are various drugs that make the process easier. Frequent cases of enamel sensitivity, which is also quite unpleasant. Parents should include in the diet of the child more foods with calcium or conduct courses of vitamin-mineral complexes. However, all this is only after consulting a dentist.
When the baby's teeth fall out, the wound can bleed quite a bit. Nothing wrong with that. Just make a cotton swab and get the baby to bite it. A minute later the blood will stop. And let the teeth of your children always be healthy!
