Oven on waste oil - profitable heat
The stove on the waste oil is an appliance which is worth having each auto repair shop, where the consumable material is stored. Also such a device can be relevant for car companies, depots and their employees who will be able to use what previously often merged, polluting the environment, or was given for processing for money. After all, with each machine, not one liter of oil is merged, which can be transferred to environmentally friendly heat.
The waste oil heater allows heating large rooms, for example a warehouse with an area of up to 300 square meters. For these purposes, the equipment of the 30M Polaris brand can be approached. The device from this company consumes a little fuel, has a modern design that allows it to fit into any interior, and "gives out" the heating power to 30 kW. The furnace has an automated oil supply, which makes its use very convenient, and a fan that distributes warm air over a given area. Users may be interested in high-power equipment that can warm up to 3000 square meters. It has such an option as a turbo, which allows to completely burn both oil and formed pairs. The additional reliability of the furnace is ensured by the absence of the nozzle.
A simple stove on the waste oil works according to the following principle: from the fuel tank, oil through the dispenser (gear pump + electric drive + control unit) goes to the combustion bowl where the fuel burns, heating the combustion chamber and the lid. The received heat is transferred by the fan to the room. Combustion products are removed through the chimney.
Such a device, like a stove on waste oil, quickly pays off if there is a free source of oil waste. In some cases, users purchase fuel for such units at a penny price in the nearest car service. In others, waste oil equipment effectively replaces boilers with other fuels (gas, electricity, diesel), which are more expensive.
Burners on waste oil are built into hot water boilers or air heaters. Many of them work on almost all types of fuel - from animal fats to motor and transmission "working off" (universal variants of the firm "Kroll"). To operate such a device, you may need a compressor that is not supplied with the kit. The burner is easy to maintain, does not require additional operations when changing fuel, except for changing settings, has a control unit with electronics and good noise insulation, providing almost silent operation. The output heat capacity can be from 25 to 200 kW.
Many car enthusiasts have already appreciated such a device as a waste oil heater. They are not produced on an industrial scale, so many folk craftsmen make them with their own hands. Although pyrolysis furnaces with a power of 5 kW have appeared in recent years. They are very compact, so it's easy to fit in the garage without causing any particular inconvenience to the car owner.
