Why do we need physical education in kindergarten
Today, in connection with the widespread deterioration of children's health, physical education in kindergarten is used quite widely, since they are the most interesting and effective form of active rest during inactive exercise with children of preschool age. Toddlers are always happy to perform a variety of short-term physical exercises during breaks between classes, as well as during the training process itself.
The goal of physical education, in the first place, is the desire to increase and maintain the mental activity and efficiency of children during classes. And also ensuring a short dynamic rest at a time when the child's body is under considerable stress. The organs of hearing and vision, the muscles of the trunk and especially the back, the brush of the operating arm - everything is in a static state and needs periodic, short rest.
The value of physical exercises in kindergarten
The importance of physical education consists in the orderly change in activity and posture of the baby by motor activity, which in turn will relieve fatigue and restore the positive emotional state of the psyche.
In the course of the session, a physical education session can be held by standing at a table where the child is engaged, or sitting behind it. It consists, as a rule, of two or three exercises for flexion and extension of the trunk, circular movements of the hands, exercises, activating the muscles and opening the chest, and walking on the spot. The time spent on physical education is an average of 1-2 minutes. If the physical culture passes between classes, it can take the form of some kind of mobile game.
Fresh air is a prerequisite for a full-fledged physical education in the kindergarten, so in the summer windows, and in winter, transoms should be open. After doing all the exercises, you should take a short walk and offer to take your seats.
Usually, physical education in the DOS is accompanied by some text that can either be directly related to the occupation or be of an abstract nature. The main thing is to make sure that when pronouncing certain words of the text the children make an exhalation and have time to take a deep and quiet breath before the beginning of the next, then the child's breathing will not go off after the physical exercise but will remain rhythmic and calm.
Especially children like physical culture, passing with a musical accompaniment, they are much more interesting and emotional. Kids can sing a couple of verses of a song they know well, while performing simple dance steps - for example, sit down, swim, gently bend over. Carrying out such activities as applique, modeling, drawing, the teacher should take into account that the physical culture can interrupt the creative intent of the child, so if the children are not marked with special fatigue, then it can not be done.
To help the kindergarten teacher, there are now many sets of physical education for preschoolers who will not only please them, but also develop coordination of the movement, speech and fine motor skills.
