What are the teachers' councils in the DOW and what are they for?
Pedagogical councils in the pre-school are meetings for the pedagogical staff of the kindergarten. They are conducted systematically and solve different tasks for educators with specific qualifications. Especially such events are useful for beginners and colleagues of retirement age with a rigid way of thinking.
In time, meetings are held at the beginning, end of the educational process, and also several times during the year (at least once a quarter). If an emergency situation has occurred in a children's educational institution (quarantine, severe frosts, detection of a maniac, theft of children, an accident in the kindergarten itself, etc.), an unscheduled pedagogical council is held. The purpose of such meetings is to inform the pedagogical staff about the problem and the ways of its solution, as well as the subsequent delivery of information to each parent.
Types of pedagogical councils and their tasks
The pedagogical councils in the pre-school at the beginning of the year set a goal to introduce educators to regional, regional and federal tasks from the Ministry of Education. If new employees join the team, the conversations are familiarized (acquaintance with each other and the schedule in this institution). Also, the tutors of each group offer their first sketches for additional circles, work with children and their parents in their own group, and also to improve their skills.
Thematic teachers' councils in DOW solve most often problems of upbringing and education of children. Narrow specialists deliver information to educators and nannies on working with aggressive, backward, hyperactive children. One pedagogical council is aimed at solving one global problem. For example, it may be consideration of common features and differences in crises of different ages for all groups or a meeting for tutors of the first and second junior groups, which consider the features of not only the age crisis, but also the problems of speech, adaptation to kindergarten, children's behavior.
The final pedagogical council in the DOS is aimed at summarizing: what goals have been achieved, what tasks have not been accomplished. At this stage, the results are considered in all directions, beginning with the improvement of the building and ending with the growth of the professionalism of the staff. Also, a separate work is carried out with educators, who are recruiting a new stream of children from the next school year.
Therefore, all the teachers' councils in the DOW have the following objectives:
- acquaintance of educators with federal educational tasks (participation in competitions, advanced training, possible courses and trainings for educators, introduction of new programs);
- solving problems and problems at the local level (problems of educators with children or parents);
- studying new technologies, forms or methods used by the best educators;
- demonstration of pedagogical skill in the case;
- bringing new information to the staff.
Options for conducting
The teachers' councils in the DOW can take place in the standard form in the form of a report or a report. But now playful and intuitive forms of holding meetings are being introduced: master classes, watching films with demonstration lessons, seminars, colloquia, brainstorming, practical work, discussion, business game. This allows you to see and test new methods on yourself and incorporate them into your activities. In addition, educators can adopt these methods of work for parental meetings in order to increase the attendance of moms and dads and bring valuable information in an interesting form.
